Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and splutter

Add curry leaves and sliced onion and stir for few minutes

Now add corriander, pepper, turmeric stir and mix evenly

Add sliced tomatoes and mix well

Add beans cut in long pieces, green peas and sliced carrots, stir and mix well

After it is mixed well add 1 1/2 cup of water, close the pan till it boils

After it boils, open the pan and wait till gravy thickens (reaches your preferred consistency)

Add garam masala mix well

Mix corn flour in coconut milk and add it to curry, stir well

Wait till it boils again and turn off stove

Garnish with curry leaves
