Steps

Boil water and add all the capsicum for 5 minutes then let it cool down

Chop garlic and onion and fry them with little olive oil

Add the ground beef until it is brown, put salt, pepper, dried oregano, picante or paprika and then add the green peas and tomato sauce and turn off the heat

Add the cooked brown rice or white rice Mix it all together

Add it in the capsicum and add a little of tomato sauce on top so it wont get dry then finish it with the grated cheese

Heat the oven for 450 and cook it for 15 to 20 min.
