    Chop the breast chicken in a small piece. Prepare the flour with salt and pepper. Mix it all and fry the chicken in canola oil until golden brown and set aside.

    On the same skillet discard the remaining oil and add a little bit of olive oil. Fry the ginger and the garlic in low heat then add the fried chicken

    Add your preffered amount of kikoman soy sauce and brown sugar cook it for another 10 min.

    Garnish the teriyaki chicken with sesame seed and onion leaves.
