  • 130 gbutter
  • 100 gsugar
  • 4egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1egg
  • 1lemon zest
  • Pinchsalt

    Beat sugar with soft butter

    Add eggs one by one

    Add flour and baking powder

  4. 4

    Add zest and salt

    Put the dough in the baking form into the Fridge for 1 hour

    Bake for 40 minutes with 170'

  7. 7

    Cream and berries on top
