Ingredients

  1. 5egg whites
  2. 75 gsugar powder
  3. 50 gsugar
  4. 50 gflour
  5. 10 gcocoa powder
  6. 100 gjelly
  7. 80 gchocolate for glazing
  8. 60 gbutter
  9. 1 teaspoonlemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the egg whites, add sugar when you see the traces of the mixer, add lemon juice

  2. 2

    Add flour, cocoa and powdered sugar

  3. 3

    Gently mix

  4. 4

    Bake 25-30 minutes at 180'

  5. 5

    Cool and glaze
