Steps

In a small bowl Add yeast, sugar and water set aside for 5 minutes

Add flour, salt and yeast mix to a processor with a dough hook. Start mixing

While mixing add 1 and a ½Tbs of oil and mix till dough is smooth and soft.

Dust a clean surface with flour and make a log or Cylinder with dough, divide equally in half or into thirds and roll into balls. (Be Quick with step)

Coat a large clean dish or saucepan with remaining olive oil. Add dough to the dish and evenly coat the balls in oil by gently rolling them in the dish. Cover with cling wrap or damp cloth and set aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes the dough should have doubled in size

DO NOT USE A ROLLING PIN. Place dough onto a clean surface dusted with flour and gently press out the dough with finger tips

Add favourite toppings. And put in oven for 7- 10 minutes at 180°
