Ingredients

8- 2cup
  1. 2Minced Jalapenos
  2. 1Large Chopped Yellow Onion
  3. 1each Chopped Red, Yellow & Orange Bell Peppers
  4. 1 cupSliced Carrots
  5. 4 tbspMinced Garlic
  6. 1 cupDark Beer
  7. 1/4 cupWorcestershire Sauce
  8. 1/2 cupCayenne Pepper Sauce
  9. 2fresh Bay Leaves
  10. 1 tbspFresh Chopped Basil
  11. 1 tspGround Himalayan Pink Salt
  12. 1 tspGround Black Pepper
  13. 1/4 cupred wine to deglaze pan after meats (add to pot after)
  14. 1 tbspGround Mustard
  15. 1 tspCrushed Red Pepper
  16. 1/4 cupChilli Powder
  17. 1/4 cupExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  18. 1/3 cupAgave Nectar
  19. 1 can (28 oz)Crushed Tomatoes
  20. 1 can (29 oz)Tomato Sauce
  21. 1 lb85/15 Ground Beef
  22. 1 lb80/20 Ground Beef
  23. 1.25 lbGround Turkey

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all veggies and seasonings to crock pot and turn on high. Let veggies carmelize (about 15min)

  2. 2

    Add all remaining ingredients except wine and meats to pot

  3. 3

    Brown beefs first then turkey last and add to pot after letting grease drain.

  4. 4

    Deglaze sautee pan with red wine and reduce by half then add to pot

  5. 5

    Cook on high for 4 hours
