Steps

Set aside the already boiled mixture of beans an maize.

Place a cooking skillet over heat and add vegetable cooking oil
- 3
Sweat chopped red onions in the skillet until browned
- 4
Add the boiled beans and maize in the skillet
- 5
Add tomato purée, salt and the beef stock. Allow simmering for roughly 10 mins.

When the stock reduces, switch off the heat and stir in some chopped coriander.
