1/2of beans
1/2of green maize
1large onions
4medium tomatoes
3 tablespooncooking oil
water
salt
1avocado

Boil maize and beans until well cooked.

Chop onions and fry in a cooking oil until golden brown, add tomatoes and stir.

Take the cooked maize and beans and add to the frying onions and tomatoes and continue to stir.

Add salt to taste.

Serve with avocado.
