500fresh Coliflower
6baby Potatoes chopped in half
1 1/2 tspSea Salt
2 tspWhite Pepper
4Tblsp Butter
2 tspOlive Oil
1/2 cupWater

Wash and chop your veggies.

In your pot melt butter will oil. Add in your onion cut into quarters. Cook till translucent.

Add in all the rest of your veggies.
