Ingredients

  • 1medium sized Butternut
  • 1large Onion
  • 2whole Sweet Corn Chopped
  • 1large Sweet Potatoes
  • 500 gfresh Broccoli
  • 500fresh Coliflower
  • 6baby Potatoes chopped in half
  • 1 1/2 tspSea Salt
  • 2 tspWhite Pepper
  • 4Tblsp Butter
  • 2 tspOlive Oil
  • 1/2 cupWater

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and chop your veggies.

  2. 2

    In your pot melt butter will oil. Add in your onion cut into quarters. Cook till translucent.

  3. 3

    Add in all the rest of your veggies.

  4. 4

    Season and serve
