Combine the flour, salt and butter into flour with fingers

Mix egg yolks with a fork

Add water and 1 cup of flour in the egg mixture

Mix lightly combining mix and blend with a fork (store overnight)

Pinch off walnut size and roll on floured surface into 2 1/2 inch size

Place teaspoon of filling, pinch edges 1/4 inch

1 lb of washed appricots

Add water and cook over low heat until very soft

Add more water if nessecary

Add sugar and heat stirring constansly until fruit comes to boil

Cover and store in fridge
