Ingredients

  1. 1chicken cutlet 3 ounces
  2. 2 tbspAlouette spinach and artichoke spreadable cheese
  3. 2thin slices of provolone (Sargento)
  4. leavesBaby spinach
  5. 1 ouncecrab meat

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a chicken cutlet and thin it out evenly with a meat mallet

    Place 1 tbsp of spreadable cheese on the chicken

    Top with 1 ounce of crab meat

    Enough spinach leaves to cover

    One slice of provolone

    Roll up tightly secure with toothpicks

    Sear on each side then top with 1 tbsp of spreadable cheese

    Place slice of provolone on top then cook for 20 minutes in 375 degree oven

    Out of the oven all bubbly yums

    MFP for one rollatini

    Serve with veggies. I'm having mine with a high protein penne pasta tossed with peas spinach and 1 tbsp of grated Parmesan
