Peel chips and shape them into wedges or chips, par boil them for 10 minutes

Sauce. Add stock chicken and onions and garlic to a pan, simmer for 5 minutes then add pepper and woster sauce bring to the boil to reduce, take off the heat and add cream

Take chips out of the water and let them dry out, spray with fry light oil and put in the oven 180 for 20 minutes

Fry mushrooms in fry light oil for about 5 minutes (preferable wood mushrooms)

Blanch kale in boiling water and add some salt

Add fry light spray to a saucepan and fry steak to whatever wellness you would prefer!
