1 kgminute roast (meat)
20 ozSauvignon blanc (white wine)
2table spoons of fine cocoa powder (unsweetened)
salt

First mix the wine and cocoa and cook/simmer for 25-30 mins

Cool the wine cocoa, and add it to a bag with the meat
3

Marinate for 24 hours in fridge
4

Put the meat in a pan and salt it
5

Bake in the oven (covered) at 450 for 1hr for medium rare
