Ingredients

4 servings

1 cupsamak rice
Handfulcoriander leaves chopped
1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
2Green chilli chopped
Rock salt as per taste
Oil

Steps

Soaked Samak rice for 2 hours then grind it.

In Samak rice paste add all ingredients and mix it nicely.

Then deep fry all fritters and served with Chutney.
