3ripe tomatoes
1 tbspcooking oil
1onion
1 bunchdania (coriander)
1 glasswater or Milk
to tastesalt
1 tbspRoyco

Steps

Remove the dirt and other unwanted materials from the omena then was in warm water

Add water to the omena in the cooking pan and and boil for 20 minutes

Cut onions into small sizes then fry in the omena till golden brown

Add garlic and fry slightly.

Tomatoes followed by Corriander.

Drain all the water from the omena, add the omena and cook for 2 minutes

Add salt to taste the stew

Add milk or waterand boil for 3-5 minutes
