Wash the rice. add the water and rice to pressure cooker and pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles. Switch off the flame

Once the steam is gone, make sure you mix the rice properly in the cooker so that it doesn't stick

Take the raw mango, peel it and use a medium size grater to grate the mango. Keep the grated mango aside

Take big pan or kadhai, add oil to it. First add groundnut and cashew and saute it well till they get brown. Once done, keep them aside

Now Add jeera, cummin seeds to the pan and saute it well. Now add chana dal, urad dal, green chilli (cut into small pieces) hing and curry leaves. Saute it well. Add haldi and salt as per taste

Add grated mango to the mixture. Add the cashew and groundnut to it. Mix it well for 2-3 mins

Now you can add the rice to the pan. Mix it properly so that the masala gets mixed properly. Keep the mixture on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Your mango pulihora or mango rice is ready Serve it hot
