Slice the pork cutlet into strips about 1 to 1 1/4 inches wide.

In a small frying pan, add the dashi mixture (ingredients marked with ★), onion, and pork cutlet. Simmer for about 1 minute.

Pour the beaten eggs over the top. Cook until the eggs reach your desired doneness, then remove from heat. Serve over a bowl of rice and garnish with green onions.
