This is a simple Kheema Fry with Dill from my kitchen. I always make this whenever I don't have enough time on hand and I need to keep pace with the clock ticking so fast on my wall. It's a super duper quick dish and can be relished with both Rice and Rotis. Infact this is a favourite dish for Breakfast in most of the homes here in my City.
Dill Greens are an excellent option and is the best combination with any dish. Be it a Veg dish or a special Non-Veg version, it always is an excellent option.
With Khatti Daal and a steaming bowl of simple boiled Rice, this is absolutely amazing even for Lunch or Dinner.
A comfort food for me on any day. This is also a great Tiffin box idea too. And the best part is that it's done almost effortlessly.
You can add your favourite extras to it as well like some finely cubed Potatoes, Green Peas, Tomatoes or even Capsicums.
It looks and tastes equally awesome with these Vegetables.
Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Steps
- 1
In a kadai, heat oil and add one inch cinnamon stick, caraway seeds, ginger garlic green chilli paste. Saute all for a minute or two. Now saute chopped onions until translucent. This is optional. You can skip it if desired. But adding onions gives it a unique flavour. See to it they are fried well without burning.
- 2
Add washed and cleaned lamb mince now. Also add the powdered spices as well. Add salt as well as kasuri methi for a lovely aroma and a flavourful Fry. Mix well and cook on a low to medium high heat until done. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to be fully done. The raw smell should completely fade off and should be roasted thoroughly. Keep stirring in between at regular intervals.
- 3
Now just about 2 minutes before the dish is ready for plating, add chopped dill leaves. Mix and cook for about 2-3 minutes with a lid on. That's it. Adjust salt and it's all done.
- 4
Serve it piping hot right away with Rice or Rotis. Enjoy!
