Ingredients

  1. 1pork cutlet (about 4.2 oz/120 g)
  2. 1 1/4 cupscooked rice (about 7.8 oz/220 g)
  3. 1/4onion
  4. 2eggs
  5. Chopped green onions, to taste
  6. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  7. 2 tablespoonssake (or dry white wine)
  8. 1 tablespoonsugar
  9. 1/2 cupdashi stock (about 100 ml; instant dashi is fine)

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the pork cutlet into strips about 1 to 1 1/4 inches wide.

    In a small frying pan, add the dashi mixture (ingredients marked with ★), onion, and pork cutlet. Simmer for about 1 minute.
