Mix and then boil the soaked beans for about 2hours or until it becomes soft and tender.

While the mixture of beans and maize is boiling wash and cut the oinons and tomatoes and garlic

Then separate the stock from the boiled beans and maize and discard it

Then fry garlic, stir-fry for one minute or til an an aromatic smell comes out

Then add the diced onions and stir fry till golden brown.

Then add the tomatoes and continue frying for about two more minutes

Then add 2 tbsps of curry powder and continue mixing.

Then add the boiled maize and beans into the cooking sauce. Then add salt and taste (adjust if not enough)

Cook for 10 minutes and serve with your favorite greens.
