Get a clean pot place on heat with little water

Wash fish with salt and warm water to remove slippery substance on the fish skin.

Cut the fish, wash again and boil fish with maggi and little salt for 5min

Wash pepper & blend then add to the boiling fish.

Wash and chop onion.

Add curry to the fish allow to boil for 1min

Turn off heat. Then wash and slice leaf.Serve in a plate add chop onion and sliced garden egg leaf.

Can be best eaten with white Agidi so so yummy, enjoy your meal.
