Wash the potatoes, slice them, boil them while tightly covered, when ready put them aside, boil the beef in a separate pot, till the water dries up, put oil add salt, stir twice or thrice, add the tomatoes and leave it to cook. In another pot, heat oil put onions, till turn color, put the veggies and steam for less than 5mins. the food is ready to be served, the sweet potatoes are served when chilled but the stew and the veggies should be hot
