Steps

Heat ghee in a pan add semolina roast it for few minuts

Add besan and roast it also when it get roasted add water and sugar mix well

Cover pan with a lid for a minut and simmer the gas

After a minut turn of the gas take besan mix in a plate make small rolls of it

Take grated chocate in a plate and coat besan rolls with this chocolate
- 6
Garnish with almonds keep in fridge for some time and ready to serve
