Steps

Smash cheese and boiled patatoes on a plate. Chop green chillies and one small size tomato

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies and onions and saute well. Cook till onions turn golden.

Add smashed cheese and patato and chopped tamatoes

Add salt, turmeric and chopped coriander and mix well.
- 5
Cook for 10 minutes and serve hot paneer aloo bhurji with chapati.
