While preparing dosa batter here I have used sliced urad dal .( Cover is not removed) This adds nutritional value to the dish without changing the traditional taste much.
I have served the dosa with boiled potato sabji and peanut chutney

While preparing dosa batter here I have used sliced urad dal .( Cover is not removed) This adds nutritional value to the dish without changing the traditional taste much.

Steps

Wash rice and urad dal separately. Add sufficient water to soak rice and urad dal overnight.

In the morning, grind rice and urad dal separately then mix properly.

Now heat the dosa tawa and sprikle salt water on it to maintain required heat.

Now spread the batter on tawa to make a crispy dosa.

Serve with your favorite sabji ang chutney.
