Homemade Ground Beef and Cheddar Burrito

Chop the onion and sauté it in a skillet with olive oil until soft.
Once the onion is ready, add a tablespoon of tomato paste and cook for 1 more minute. - 2
Add the ground beef and all the spices: 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon hot paprika, and salt to taste.
Mix well and cook until the beef is done.
If the mixture is a bit dry, add a splash of tomato sauce to make it juicier.You can also add thinly sliced bell pepper if you want to make it more complete.

Assemble the burritos: place a couple of slices of cheddar cheese and the prepared beef mixture onto each flour tortilla, roll them up, and seal them in a skillet with a little butter.
