Meatballs with Sauce in Air Fryer

Place the onions, bell peppers, garlic, carrots, and tomatoes, all cut into large pieces, in the air fryer basket. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat, and cook for 15 minutes at 390°F (195°C).

Remove the vegetables and transfer them to a blender with the beef broth. Blend until smooth.

Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, drizzle with olive oil, and cook for 20 minutes at 390°F (195°C).

Pour the sauce over the meatballs and cook for another 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Enjoy!
