Tea Time

3/4 cupflour (mix with 2 tbsp Cocoa)
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupcurd
1/4 cupoil
3/4 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda
1 pinchsalt

Keep all ingredients ready
Pre Heat the pan.
Keep ready idly bowls.

Mix curd sugar and oil.
Mix together till sugar dissolves.
Add flour little at a time together with baking powder and baking soda.
Mix thoroughly.

Now pour the mixture in an idly bowl, tap 2-3 times so release air bubbles.
Place them in a pan and cover it.
Bake it for 30 minutes or skewers comes out clean.

Remove from the pan and place them on the rack.
When it cools down remove it from the bowl and enjoy with tea or coffee.
