Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • I cup of sugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3 tbspmelted butter
  • 200 mlwarm milk
  • 50 mlwater
  • 1tsbp of vanilla extract
  • 5eggs

  1. 1

    Whip 4 eggs in a stand mixer on high speed for a minute,then add 1 cup of sugar in parts and continue to whip.

    While the egg and sugar is whipping,sieve the flour,salt,and baking powder and set aside

  3. 3

    Preheat oven at 350 F

  4. 4

    Then add the melted butter, vanilla extract and the warm milk into the egg and sugar mixture and mix with a spatula

  5. 5

    Make sure they are thoroughly combined,make sure they are fluffy then start folding in the flour until the batter is smooth.then transfer into your prepared baking tin
    and place into your preheated oven for 45 min.

  6. 6

    After 45 minutes dig in your skiwer into the cake once it comes out clean,that means your cake is done.

  7. 7

    Then turn off the oven and place on a cooling rack,once it's cool serve with tea or any drink of your choice.
