Ingredients

  • 1 poundhot ground sausage
  • 1 blockVelveeta cheese
  • 1/2red onion, diced
  • 2-4jalapeños, de-seeded and diced
  • 1/2red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (8 oz)bag of your favorite shredded cheese
  • 1 canRotel with green chillies

    Cook sausage over a skillet until brown, drain grease

    Arrange the rest of the ingredients like so and place on a grill, cook until cheese is melted & stir, let stay on the grill a few more minutes.
