Ingredients

1 poundhot ground sausage
1 blockVelveeta cheese
1/2red onion, diced
2-4jalapeños, de-seeded and diced
1/2red bell pepper, diced
1 (8 oz)bag of your favorite shredded cheese
1 canRotel with green chillies

Cook sausage over a skillet until brown, drain grease

Arrange the rest of the ingredients like so and place on a grill, cook until cheese is melted & stir, let stay on the grill a few more minutes.
