At first, wash the mango properly and wet dry. Then cut into four pieces. Now add into a large bowl. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix it well. Cover it with cotton cloth. Leave it for 3-4 hours in sunlight. Then add salt and turmeric powder.

Add fennel seeds, dry red chilli and red chilli powder. Mix it well.

Add fenugreek seeds and mustard oil. Mix everything well.

Cover it and keep it in sunlight for 2-3 hours in 2-3 days and stir it once during the day. Now Mango Pickle is ready to eat. Store it in s glass jar and enjoy for a long time.... 🥰🥰
