I made some of these with peanut butter and fluff in them and they were really good. I used 4 tortillas and had left over mixture.

In a shallow bowl whisk eggs.

Add in Half and half, vanilla, and cinnamon sugar. Mix.

Put butter on a pan and turn the stove to medium-high.

Cut tortillas in half. Put cut tortillas in the mixture. Making sure both sides are covered in the mixture.

Put tortillas in the pan and cook till golden. Occasionally flipping and pressing down bubbles as needed.
