Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupshorse gram
  2. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves chopped
  3. 4 table spoonghee
  4. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. Half teaspoon turmeric
  6. 2green chillies chopped
  7. Half teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 table spooncream
  9. Half teaspoon garam masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Switch on the flame and boil horse gram added with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Make 4 to 5 whistles and switch off the flame

  3. 3

    Heat the oil,crackle jeera and added with chopped onion and green chillies

  4. 4

    Add chili powder and salt saut it for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Now add boiled horse gram

  6. 6

    Cook it For 5 to 10 minutes, then add ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi,garam masala and cream

  7. 7

    Boil and cook it for 10 minutes and switch off the flame, sprinkle coriander leaves
