6large hard boiled eggscooled, peeled and sliced lengthwise
3 tablespoonsJapanese mayo such as Kewpie
1 tablespoonThai chili sauce
1 tablespoonSriracha sauce
1 teaspoonrice vinegar
1green onion chopped
Paprika

In a bowl mash yolks throughly then add all other ingredients except paprika and green onion. Mix well.

Spoon into egg halves then garnish with paprika and green onion.
