Marinate pork with soy sauce.Leave it for 15 mins

In a heated pan with oil sautee minced pork until fully cook.Then set aside.

In another pan add oil and stir fry ginger and garlic,until fragrant.Then add bokchoy and a little water.

Cover and let it cook,before removing from flame.Pour cooked pork,bell pepper.Then mix it well.Cook a minute then serve.
