Heat pan and add oil.Pan fry fish fillet until golden brown.Set aside.

In same pan add oil then sautee onion until soft then add in tomatoes.

Cook tomatoes until juice comes out,then put back the fish fillet.

Cover and simmer until the fillet fully cooked.
