Heat a pan add oil add Gongura leaves and udad dal,fenugreek seeds and seasame,and,soute for 2-3 minutes.

After two minutes keep aside.in mixi jar add cooked Gongura leaves,garlic,red chilli powder red chilies,cumin,hing powder,seasame and salt and mixer it fine.

Take out in bowl heat a tadaka pan add oil,muster seeds,cumin and garlic and pour on chatani.ready your Gongura chatani serve with roti or chapati.
