Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  • 5.3 oz (150 g)ground beef and pork mix
  • 2 teaspoons(about 0.35 oz/10g) green onions
  • 3 packscrispy fried noodles (Sara Udon noodles)
  • 1 bag(7 oz/200g) bean sprouts
  • 0.2 oz (6 g)dried wood ear mushrooms
  • 1/2 piece(about 1.75 oz/50g) ginger
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 2 teaspoonsdoubanjiang (chili bean paste)
  • as neededOil,
  • ↓ ☆ Slurry
  • 2 tablespoonspotato starch (about 0.5 oz/15g)
  • 2 tablespoonswater
  • ↓ ★ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoonscooking sake
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoonchicken bouillon powder
  • 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  • 3/4 cupwater (180ml)

Steps

    Pour water into a bowl.

    In another bowl, combine the cooking sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken bouillon powder, sesame oil, and water to make the sauce.

    Chop the green onions.

    Mince the garlic.

    Mince the ginger.

    Drain the soaked wood ear mushrooms.

    Cut the wood ear mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
