Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1.5 lbssalmon
  • sauce
  • 1/3 cuphoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cupsoy sauce
  • 2 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 2 tablespoonrice vinegar
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 teaspooncornstarch
  • 1 tablespoonbrown sugar

  1. 1

    Mix together all ingredients to make sauce

  2. 2

    Mix salmon with sauce and let sit for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Preheat air fryer for 400 degrees, then put a single layer of salmon pieces to cook for 5 mins, shaking half way
