Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMacaroni Pasta
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1small capsicum chopped
  4. 1small carrot chopped into small cubes
  5. 5-6 clovesgarlic minced
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1 tbspDark Soya Sauce
  9. 1 tspGreen Chilli Sauce
  10. 1 tspSchezwan Sauce
  11. 1 tspMaggi Spicy Cheesy Tastemaker or Chicken stock cube
  12. 2Amul Cheese Cubes
  13. As per taste salt
  14. 1 tspMixed Herbs
  15. 3 tbspvegetable or olive oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook macaroni in a pot of salted boiling water.Add 1 tbsp oil while boiling pasta.Cook for 8 minutes or until al dente.Drain and set aside.Assemble all ingredients. Chop green capsicum into small cubes.Peel and chop carrot into small cubes.Similarly chop onion and mince garlic.

    Heat oil in a pan.Sprinkle minced garlic and saute for 1 minute till light brown and aromatic. Add chopped onion and stir fry.Add carrot and stir fry.Next add capsicum and stir fry all on high heat.Add garlic paste, black pepper powder and salt to taste. Now add the boiled pasta.Add Schezwan sauce,soya sauce, spicy cheese flavored tastemaker or chicken stock cube,green chilli sauce,vinegar,mixed herbs.Toss to mix well and stir fry for 2 minutes.

    Add a cube of grated cheese and toss.Remove to a serving bowl and garnish with grated cheese.Serve hot.
