Steps

Take a pan add fenugreek seeds fenel seeds cumin seeds pepper corn coriander seeds red chili dry roast and grind well fine powder add salt red chili powder tarmaric powder kalonji mix and keep aside

Take a pan add oil heat add potato stir fry lightly golden brown and keep aside and sam pan f

Now sam pan fry lady finger and keep aside and sam pan half onion stir fry lightly and keep aside

Half onion grind fine paste/ take a pan add oil heat add grind onion stir fry to cook add ginger garlic paste stir fry to cook

Now add grind tomato stir fry to cook add half achary masala stir fry to cook add curd stir fry to cook

Now add fry potatoes and onion ladyfingers and add achary masala stir fry to cook slow flame

Now add coriander leaves garammasala fenugreek leaves and keep slow flame for 5minutes with lid and flame off

Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves

Ready to serve with paratha
