Ingredients

  1. 200 gmMoong bean sprouted
  2. 50 gmAloo lachcha
  3. 25 gm Moong fali
  4. 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon white salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  9. 250 gm Oil to deep fry
  10. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  1. 1

    Firstly soaked the moong bean for overnight by putting baking soda in it.

    Then rinse its water and spread on some cotton clothes so that it gets little dry.

    Now take a wok heat the oil and put the daal in it and fry it.Now take it out in some bowl and mix all ingredients in it.
