Soak moong daal, udad daal, rice, methidana for 3 to 4 hrs. Then grind in a mixer to turn into fine paste.ferment it overnight.

Add salt, ginger green chilli paste and eno and mix it well. Grease idli platetes with oil then add 2 tbsp idli batter in it.

Steam idlies for 15 minutes.

Serve hot idlies with chutney.
