Crisp and taste masala bhindi goes well with sambar , rasam and curd rice. All age like to eat this. Very easy but very parience to make because stuffing after that cooking in medium flame flip occasionally till all the sides are cooked and fried well.

Ingredients

  1. 500 gmBhindi
  2. 1 tbsPeanuts
  3. 1 tbsChana dsl
  4. 1 tspSesame seeds
  5. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  6. 6red chilli
  7. 1/4 cupgrated Coconut
  8. 1 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and wipe the bhindi with a clean cloth

  2. 2

    Remove the top and bottom part and split it

  3. 3

    Dry roast all the ingredients one by one

  4. 4

    Dry roast after it cool down add all the roasted ingredients in a mixer jar and grind it

  5. 5

    Grind it into coarse powder

  6. 6

    Stuff the bhindi with the massla powder

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a dosa tawa and place the stuffed bhindi on it. Flip it gently after one side fried well

  8. 8

    Cover and cook in medium flame till all the sides fried well
