  2. 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  3. 1 tbsSalt

  1. 1

    Wash and drain the water

    Cut it into thick round pieces

    Boil water with chilli powder and salt. Once it boiled add the ivy gourd pieces and turn off the stove. Cover the pan and keep it for five minutes. Then drain the water

    Dry the cooked ivy gourd piecses in direct sunlight for two days until it become crispy

    Fry them in hot oil into crispy and add red chilli powder and salt mix well and eat
