Note: Only 1/4 of the green onions shown in the photo were used.

Lay out the pork slices (the photo shows one package). Sprinkle with thirteen-spice pepper salt, add green onions, and drizzle with sesame oil.

Press tightly and roll up, then cut into small sections.

Wrap each section with a dumpling wrapper (moisten the edges with water and seal tightly). If the wrappers are a bit thick or small, roll them out to make them larger.

Add oil to a pan, place the potstickers in, pour in a little flour-water mixture, cover with a lid, and cook until the water evaporates. Enjoy your delicious Thirteen-Spice Crispy Potstickers! 😋
