Ingredients

About 1 hour and 30 minutes
  1. 1 2/3 cupsall-purpose flour (about 200 grams)
  2. 1 1/4 cupschestnut flour (about 150 grams)
  3. 4medium eggs
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. Vanilla extract, to taste
  6. 1/2 cupvegetable oil (about 120 grams)
  7. 1/2 cupmilk (about 100 ml)
  8. 1 tablespoonbaking powder (about 15 grams)
  9. 3/4 cup sugar (about 180 grams)

Steps

About 1 hour and 30 minutes

    In a bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy.

    Slowly add the oil and milk to the mixture while continuing to beat. Add the vanilla extract and sift in the flours along with the baking powder.

    Once the batter is well mixed, grease and flour a Bundt pan, then pour in the batter.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for 40 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick, as baking times may vary by oven.
