Here is my own twist on the classic American favorite - stuffed baked potatoes! Enjoy :)

I enjoy good food while staying frugal with my money. The items listed can be bought at a VERY cheap price and they allow you to make at least 5 of these dishes. This meal is perfect for college students longing for a good home cooked meal with very little prep work and on a budget.

Nothing more delicious if you want an alternative recipe or an innocent excuse to eat more potatoes!!!!!

I saw a picture of a baked potato and tried modifying the recipe to make it my own way. It looks delicious too.If you want the potato to be soft, please wrap the potato in foil. If you want the new potato to retain some of its crispness, bake it without the foil. Depending on the size of the potato, the baking time may vary. Soaking the potato in water to get rid of the starchiness is the key to keeping the layers from sticking together. Recipe by Zosankitchen.
