In an air tight container take water. Add sugar and dissolve it. Then add lime juice. Stir well. Add rooh afza syrup and mix well. Keep it in freezer for 3 hours.

After 3 hours take it out and scratch with fork. Again put it in the freezer for another 3 - 4 hours.

At the time of serving transfer gola into a serving plate top up with vanilla ice cream and dry fruits.
